As Strategy & Transformation Lead, Amelia’s core focus is reviewing our operational processes, streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies across the business as we continue to grow.

Having spent many years living and working in Australia, Amelia has a natural love of the outdoors. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, keeping fit and practising Pilates.
